Booking Terms and Conditions
By making a booking you are entering a legal agreement with us. Terms and Conditions are a necessary part of our business and are not intended to take away the relaxation and enjoyment of your visit with us. For your information we suggest you read these terms and conditions of booking.
Acceptance of Children
We welcome children over 10 years of age in our accommodation. If however, you are booking both rooms for your family you are welcome to bring children of any age. Please inform us of the ages of children at the time of booking.
Saturday Night
Saturday bookings between 1st March and 30th September will only be taken on a 2 night minimum stay basis i.e. with a Friday or with a Sunday.
Prices
The price of the accommodation includes the following basics:
Breakfast, linen, towels, hot water, central heating as appropriate for time of year.
The total price for your accommodation will be stated on your booking confirmation, this will be sent either by email or by post.
Arrival and Departure
Your accommodation will be available for your arrival between 4.00pm and 7.00pm. Early arrivals from 1.00pm can be made, there is an extra cost of £10, this request must be stated at the time of booking. We will not be able to accommodate you if you arrive earlier than the agreed time as we will be busy preparing your rooms. Please be ready to leave the accommodation by 10.30am on the day of departure.
Late arrival procedure
If you know your arrival will be later than 7.00pm please let us know so we can make arrangements for someone to be here to greet you. Failure to notify us may result in the room being re-let or the full cost of the room being charged to you.
Pets
Sorry, we do not allow pets inside our property.
Cancellation and Insurance
By making your booking, our agreement is a legal contract. The deposit you pay is non-refundable. If you cannot take your holiday and the booking cannot be re-let, you are still liable to pay for the booking in full, even if we have not yet received your balance. If we do succeed in re-letting the booking, you are no longer liable for the balance, or we will refund it to you if you have already paid it. We would recommend that you take out cancellation insurance to cover this cost.
Non-availability of Accommodation
We would only cancel your holiday if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would however attempt to find you alternative accommodation. If this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you for the stay. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
Damages and Breakages
Accidents happen, we understand this, we do not normally charge for minor breakages. We ask that you report any incidents as they occur, this will enable us to deal with anything promptly and often minimizes the extent of any damage. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages, which you cause, to the accommodation or its contents. we may send you an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant.
Liability
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
Privacy Policy
Any data collected during the course of your booking will be stored on our computer. With your permission we may from time to time contact you about promotions and offers. We will not share your details with any third party.
